Hey, I’m Zane Listoe, and if you told me a few years ago that by 20 I’d be helping over 50 business owners grow their brands online, I probably wouldn’t have believed you.

My journey into marketing didn’t start in a college classroom, it started with a laptop, a drive to prove myself, and a sales job that most people overlook. I joined Vector Marketing as a college student and quickly climbed the ranks to Assistant Manager. I sold over $20,000 worth of cutlery entirely online, using nothing but my computer, a clear strategy, and a lot of hustle. But more than just making sales, I found joy in coaching others. I helped new reps hit their goals, build confidence, and make real money, some for the first time in their lives.

That’s when I realized: this wasn’t just about sales. It was about transformation. Marketing, when done right, changes lives.

With that mindset, I co-founded Eccentric Marketing, a digital marketing company focused on helping small businesses grow without wasting time or money. Since then, I’ve worked one-on-one with over 50 clients, helping them build a strong online presence from the ground up. Most of them now get 500+ visitors to their websites each month and 20+ new bookings, thanks to the systems and strategies we build together.

Along the way, I also worked at a credit union, where I learned how important trust, clarity, and financial education are when you’re helping people make big decisions. That experience helped shape the way I serve clients today—with transparency, strategy, and a long-term mindset.

Somewhere in the middle of all that, I also earned my Associate’s Degree in Business. It gave me a solid foundation—but most of what I’ve learned has come from working directly with real people, building real businesses, and figuring out what actually works.

I don’t come from a fancy background. I didn’t have a ton of money or connections. But I’ve always believed in the power of resourcefulness, hard work, and showing up with value first.
